Vincent is active in eCommerce for more than 10 years. He is familiar with DIY, fashion, food and travel industry. From very early on in his career he noticed that the way of working is key to success. Understanding this he focused on the delivery aspect of his job. Vincent gets the job done by motivating teams to deliver against a joint scope. He has hands-on experience in setting up working cross-functional teams.
